My business and pleasure is wine. I've been working in the world of wine for over 25 years, mainly based in the UK, but today I divide my time between the French Alps near Geneva and London.

In 2007 I launched Wine Travel Guides a brand new website www.winetravelguides.com providing on-line travel guides for the wine lover. There are currently 46 Guides to planning a wine trip in France with more to come later in the year. It's a really exciting project - please take a look! I offer entertaining and educational wine tastings for both corporate events and wine clubs where I share my experiences of the wonderful world of wine, accompanied by a very personal selection of wines. I am a founding member of the Association of Wine Educators in the UK and was Chairman from 1999-2002. Visit www.wineeducators.com.

I write on wine for www.wine-pages.com and have co-written and edited several wine books. I am a contributor to Tom Stevenson's Wine Report in which I write the chapter on Jura and Savoie. I am a member of the Circle of Wine Writers.
